The Bread Church meets once a month at Trinity Methodist in Ellesmere Port Town Centre. It is a chance for those who don’t normally go to church, to enjoy conversation, pray together and of course bake bread. The idea is that you bake 2 loaves, one which you take home and another which you give away as a gift to someone else. the group also make a simple lunch of soup and bread which they share together before leaving.
Knead and Feed will next meet on;
Wednesday 7th October at 10.00am
Wednesday 4th November at 10.00am
Wednesday 2nd December at 10.00am
Why not give it a go, you will be sure of a very warm welcome! and some wonderful bread.

Wonderful! I bet it’s not as easy as baking bread in Cameroon! Just leave on the table to rise – quick and easy.
Love your idea – good way to make contact with people when you give them a loaf of bread.
The Lord encourage you all, and may His Spirit rise up within you.
With love in Jesus

I thought I would share ‘July’s’ bread story. When we met at 10am, there were just two of us; by 11am there were 4 round the table making bread and sharing conversation. While the bread rose, we made soup for lunch, then we shaped the rising bread and left it to prove while we went into church and lit candles for the concerns we had shared. By lunch time there were 9 of us! Thats the way of it, the bread just keeps on drawing folk around the table. God bless to us our bread.
